The website (the "Site") is offered by the British Columbia Dairy Foundation (BCDF) and Mod7 Communications Inc. (mod7). By visiting this Site, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms of use and privacy policy:

BCDF and mod7 value the trust of those people we deal with and of the public, and recognizes that maintaining this trust requires that we respect, protect and safeguard the security of their personal information, honour their choices for its intended use and be transparent and accountable in how we treat the information that is shared with us. BCDF and mod7 are committed to protecting the privacy of youth. In this regard, BCDF and mod7 comply with the Code of Ethics of the Canadian Marketing Association in relation to marketing to children and teens and we encourage parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities.
